Caroline, humanistic counsellor

Meet Caroline

Warmth, curiosity, and a genuine love of helping people grow.

I'm Caroline Maguire, a qualified Humanistic Counsellor, trained at the University of Chichester. I have always had a genuine curiosity about people and what shapes us, how we relate to ourselves, how we connect with others, and the patterns we carry, often without realising where they began. I believe the relationship between counsellor and client is at the heart of the work, which is why I always begin with a free, informal chat.

What it feels like to work together.

"Caroline helped me understand my patterns of behaviour in a caring, considerate and compassionate way.
